These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Dr. Trinath's PHBL Naturals ("we", "us"). By browsing the store, creating an account or placing an order you agree to them, so please read them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
1. Who can use the store
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect someone else has used it.
2. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph every product accurately, but colours on screen can differ slightly from the real product, and packaging, batch and design can change. Our products are cosmetic and personal-care products made with natural ingredients. They are not medicines, are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and are not a substitute for medical advice. Results vary from person to person.
Please patch-test. Natural ingredients can still cause reactions. Check the ingredient list before use, test on a small area first, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, have sensitive skin or an existing skin condition, or are unsure, ask a doctor first.
3. Prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Shipping charges and any cash-on-delivery fee are shown before you place your order, and the total you see at checkout is what you pay. We calculate your total on our server from our current prices, so a price shown in your cart is confirmed at checkout. If a price is displayed wrongly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Placing and accepting an order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We confirm it once stock is reserved for you; a cash-on-delivery order is confirmed straight away, and an online-payment order is confirmed once your payment is verified. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, an address cannot be delivered to, we suspect fraud, or there is a pricing error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
5. Payment
You can pay by UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay, or by cash on delivery where offered. Online payments are processed by Razorpay under its own terms, and we never see your card or UPI credentials. Cash-on-delivery orders are paid to the courier when the parcel arrives, and a handling fee may apply as shown at checkout. If you repeatedly refuse cash-on-delivery parcels, we may stop offering you that option.
6. Delivery
We deliver across India to addresses our courier partners serve. Delivery times we show are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays and other things outside our control. Please give a complete and correct address and a working phone number, because we are not responsible for a failed delivery caused by wrong details. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns and refunds
Refunds, returns and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy. In short, you must tell us within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.
8. Using the website
You agree not to misuse the store. In particular, you must not try to access accounts, admin tools or data that are not yours, interfere with or overload the site, use bots or scrapers to copy it, submit false or fraudulent orders, or use it for anything unlawful.
9. Our content
The store's text, images, product photography, logos, brand names and design belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view them for your personal use when shopping, but you may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
10. Our responsibility
We take care to run the store and supply the products we describe, and nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for indirect or consequential loss, or for problems caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. The store is provided on an "as available" basis and we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Privacy
How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Changes
We may change these terms and the store from time to time. The "last updated" date shows when these terms last changed. An order is governed by the terms that applied when you placed it.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If we cannot, the courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, and you can also raise a complaint through the National Consumer Helpline or the consumer forums available to you.
